The NEN Awards returns this November 18th to celebrate the amazing work by community leaders and organizations in San Francisco's neighborhoods. Those of you who came last year to the ceremony summed up the event in one word: "Inspirational!"

This year, many of the awards will return but a few new ones have been added.

The final list of categories includes:
· Best "Green" Community Project
· Best Neighborhood Organization Website
· Best Graffiti Watch Volunteer Award
· Best Community Building Event
· Best Community Challenge Grant Project
· Best Prepared Neighborhood Watch Group
· Best Business Improvement District / Merchant Association
· Comeback Neighborhood of the Year
· The NEN Lifetime Achievement Award
· The NEN Hall of Fame

Cocktail hour starts at 6pm and the Awards presentation at 7:00pm.
